This Privacy Policy explains how KEPS Solutions LLC, doing business as KEPS (“KEPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit kepsprint.com, purchase or use KEPS products, software, and services, or communicate with us, including by text message (SMS).

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact and account information: name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and shipping or billing contact details.
  • Order and setup information: products purchased, order history, device setup and onboarding details, and account preferences.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers; KEPS does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Device and usage information: device identifiers, software version, settings, and technical logs needed to operate and support KEPS products.
  • Operational records: information you create or enter in KEPS, such as product names, preparation and expiration times, and temperature logs.
  • Communications: support requests, emails, text messages, and other communications you send to us.
  • Website information: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders.
  • Set up, operate, maintain, and improve KEPS products, software, and services.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Send transactional and account-related notices by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
  • Generate records and reports at your direction.
  • Protect against fraud, misuse, and security risks, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate our business, including to trusted service providers that help us with hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, messaging delivery, and customer support. These providers may use the information only to perform services for KEPS. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

Mobile information and SMS consent are treated separately. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. SMS Messaging and Account Notifications

Program name: KEPS Order & Account Notifications.

KEPS sends text messages only to customers who voluntarily provide a mobile phone number and opt in, for example by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box at checkout. Accepting our Terms, placing an order, or creating an account does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages.

  • Message types: transactional and account-related messages only, such as payment and order confirmations, device setup requests, order status, shipping and delivery updates, and customer support follow-ups.
  • Consent is optional: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may complete your order and use all KEPS products and services without opting in.
  • Message frequency: varies based on your orders, account activity, and support needs.
  • Rates: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe.
  • Help: reply HELP, or contact us at support@kepsprint.com.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and business-record requirements.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • Opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

8. Children’s Privacy

KEPS products and services are intended for professional and commercial use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of independent third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
